Good luck :. I had a scan at 6 weeks and was told there was just one. When I went at 8 weeks I was told it was twins. There are rare stories where one is hiding but at 12 weeks your womb is still quite small so is unlikely I would of thought. All I can suggest is that it's a boy hence why this pregnancy is different or possibly vanishing twin syndrome where one twin is miscarried early on.
